Introduction:

As we continue our corporate prayer journey, this week our focus is on seeking God’s face. Throughout Scripture, God continually calls His people into deeper fellowship with Him. Prayer is not merely a place where we bring our requests; it is the place where we know God, hear His voice, and are transformed by His presence.

When we seek God’s face, we discover His heart. We learn to desire His will above our own, to delight in His presence above every earthly pursuit, and to walk in greater intimacy with Him. The more we know Him, the more our lives reflect His character and His purposes.

May this week become an opportunity to cultivate a deeper hunger for God’s presence and a greater commitment to seek Him with all your heart.

Reflection for Today

What has occupied your heart and attention recently, and how can you intentionally make God’s presence your greatest pursuit today?

Prayer

Father, thank You for inviting me into fellowship with You. Your Word promises that when I seek You with all my heart, I will find You. Create within me a greater hunger for Your presence and a deeper desire to know You.

Teach me to seek Your face before I seek Your hand. Remove every distraction, every competing affection, and every habit that weakens my pursuit of You. Let Your Word become my delight and Your presence become my greatest treasure. As I draw near to You, reveal more of Your heart to me. Strengthen my faith, renew my mind, and shape my character according to Your will. May my life become a reflection of Christ as I continue to walk with You each day. Help me to remain faithful in prayer, steadfast in Your Word, and sensitive to the leading of the Holy Spirit. May my pursuit of You produce lasting fruit that glorifies Your name.
